Elinor Victoria, but I'd like Elinor Juliet, Elinor Iness, Elinor Eduarda, Elinor Catarina, or Elinor Sofia more.

Elinor Victoria -I prefer the Eleanor spelling, but this is lovely! This is my favorite.
Victoria Elena -I think Elena Victoria flows better
Julia Anna -It sounds too much like Juliana to me. Maybe Juliana Catherine?
Heidi Catherine -Nice.
Noelle Christine -Pretty!
Catarina Neves -Is Neves a family name? If not, I'd skip it.
Nell Arwen -I would use a longer form of Nell, like Penelope or Eleanor.
Juliet Francine -I like it.
Elisabeth Rachel -Elisabeth is such a nice name.
Magdalena Catherine -Unusual choice. I like it.
Sofia Eduarda -Not a huge fan of Eduarda, but love Sofia.
Celine Annette -Maybe Celina Annette?
Marcia Iness -I don't care Iness, but I like Marcia.

I like Catarina Neves (stick with this spelling of Catarina), Magdalena Catherine, Juliet Francine, and Celine Annette the best. Don't like Nell, Marcia, or Elinor, but the others are good.

I really don't like:
Julia- too common, and don't start a middle name with the same letter the first name ends with
Heidi- too common
Nell- just kind of boring
Juliet- too girly, especially with that middle
Elisabeth- everyone will spell it wrong
Sofia- waay too common
Celine- doesn't flow well with Annette
I really like:
Noelle- but not with Christine... sounds like Christmas to me!
Victoria- but not with Elena, the vowel sounds again between the first and middle
Catarina
Magdalena
My favorite:
Elinor Victoria- absolutely beautiful, old fashioned but original. feminine and strong. I REALLY love this name. Good luck!

Heidi Catherine jumped out at me from all those names. I can't say I like any of the others much but Elisabeth Rachel would be my next choice. I love Heidi though so go with that!
Best of luck
