haha apparently no one does and its not mary decker that was her cousin donna was a runner and was 2nd in the world (1st was mary decker) and she switched to swimming and was an olympic swimmer but the year she was set to go to the olympics was the year they were canceled she was in company of mary decker and lance armstrong who then was a triathlete

The 1980 Olympics weren't cancelled the United States boycotted the Moscow Olympics and in 1984 the Soviets boycotted the American Olympics.
I have attached the complete record of the woman's 1980 Olympic Swimming Trials, if Donna Decker was on the swimming team she'd be mentioned.
I was a swimmer for The University of Texas at Arlington way back in 1971 and an Olympic Gold Medalist Doug Russell was the coach. I don't know about the coach. A few of of swimmers thought Donna Devarona was beautiful and we had crushes on her!

The only Donna I know of who swam in the Olympics was Donna De Verona...She is the sister of actress Joanna Kerns(Growing Pains).

She's one of my most favorite authors. I very much liked "The Heritage of Elegy in The Crying Game" and once in a while I read it again... It is a very traditional Irish writting.
She's one of the most prolific writers for the simple reason she've written politics, reviews, family topics, as well as her terrific fiction in outstanding works mostly through plays and novelettes.

is it possible your talking about mary decker (slaney).....she was a distance runner in the 80's....
