I'm not tired of the stereotypes promulgated in the media about Iraq because I have the good sense to turn off media coverage including PBS. The media does use exactly the same terminology and stereotypes. Inadvertently, media has become a propaganda machine supporting the war establishment.

Even as early as the 1940s and 1950s, magazines, newspapers, and radio stations would not publish stories that conflicted with the interests of their sponsors. Oil companies were the biggest and the most influential. Read about Rachel Carson and her experiences.

I am an Iraqi American and very tired of this crazy war, my whole family is there in Baghdad and I'm trying to get them out of there( not easy) but I stopped watching the news a long time ago.
You know, I can't believe this is the year 2007 and we still have wars, in couple hundred years people are going to look back and laugh at this world with all of it's wars, hunger and misery.
Stereotypes, also tiring, almost as much as the war thing.
