I have read the US Constitution and the Declaration Of Independence countless times. I also refer to both documents when I have a doubt about some politician deciding they are above the Constitution and The Declaration Of Independence.

Not only have I read both documents, I carry my pocket Constitution with me. I've even read my states constitution. However, I surmise that 50% of Americnas haven't read both documents.
I know this because, when I took Poltical Science 151, our professor asked the class (120 people) and half the class had thier hand up. I also surmise classes across the nation would show similar results.

Not enough, obviously (sigh). Just as bad, a lot of those who have apparently never bothered to find out what those documents mean.

Most of us saw them in our History book in school. I think I was in 7th and or 8th grade. I may of had one of them to read in 7 grade and the other in the 8th or 9th grade.
Most people have forgotten they saw them while in school.

I have, but, can not remember every detail. When I was in school we memorized a large portion of both.

I would guess very few. I'll bet most US citizens couldn't pass the immigration test.
