Yes it is very normal for some Scorpios to stay mad at you and never forgive you for something that you did to them.

Scorpio here. If it was something petty, we will realize that we are not perfect, and will let it go; but we definetly need to be away from the person for a while. Its best to let us simmer down. If you did something that harms or threatens us, you will very likely be dropped for good.

im a scorpio (november20) and yes, i do stay mad at someone if they did something, or said something that offended me, and in the future i always bring it up as well

Um, well yes but I just want to remind you that they may not actually be pretending. I hear they can do that, if you offend them enough they will just turn off as if they never liked you in the first place and you can never get them back.

They are known for holding grudges. And they will bring up wrongs someone did to them years later. Some Scorpios are sweeter natured, but even they don't ever really forget.
