I believe that there is no such word as "ur" in the English language unless you are referring to an ancient Sumerian city on the Euphrates in which case ur should be Ur and your sentence makes no sense at all.

How would you assemble something "in the open ground" ? In would need to be a hole or cavity of some sort and that is not open, is it?
