Pauline Hanson and her sorry little gang will only get votes from some fringe bigots and Queenslanders who still think Joh was a great bloke. She is a bigot and she is willingly ignorant which I cannot abide. I detest Howard but I loathe Hanson because her policies are based of hatred and prejudice where Howards are mainly based on greed and personal aggrandisement. It is a choice between the Devil and the deep blue sea. Thankfully we have other candidates to chose from.

If there was only a choice of those two, I would have to go for Pauline, (Even she could not stuff up this country as much as John has). John says " I was a pretty fair treasurer and a Great PM" Pauline says, " If you can run a fish and chip shop, You can run a bloody country" But Thank God there is Maxine

hey Wayne ... Molly can hate Howard if she wants too ..
I don't think it's a loathing HATE .. just a generalized Aussie Hate of Politicans............ a kind of *healthy-hate* , a long standing aussie tradition...
BUT .... as much as I personally Dislike howard .. .I really would hope he gets more Votes than Pauline Hanson ( least IN my opinion ) ...
I STILL hope he gets his Little Gwb Kissing AR$E kicked BIG TIME ....
. but
... I CAN understand why some people would Vote for Howard's government ..... ie Fiscal Matters and the like ... BUT I CAN NOT understand how ANYBODY could vote for Pauline Hanson

I don't hate either of them, but I detest what they stand for. They are both divisive in their own way, and as cutsie says , we have far better alternatives. I think that answers the last part of your question.

Molly, you really have to let go of your hatred of John Howard, it will only make you bitter, sometimes lifes unfair. I wouldnt vote for Hanson, shes pretty hated and looked down upon in Sydney, she may have support elsewhere but comes across badly "please explain", well shes ignorant, they share nothing !
