You can try looking around the Internet for adult sims websites to see if you can find a mesh that makes females have bigger breasts.

I think its a website you have to go too to download this thing that you make their boobs and butt bigger if you want too. but i don't know what site it is. look on sims2.com and see if they have any websites on their that have downloads for that.
