Maybe it's the older sister I know is out there, older, but I have no idea what her name is, only that she looks a lot like me.

I'd double take a few times and try to make sure that it was me... And then I'd still think that it was someone who just happened to look remarkably like me.

in a logical sense: i would be like, "i'm dreaming, i'm drunk, there is a mirror in front of me, or that person just REALLY REALLY looks like me."
in a non logical sense: i would think i was in a parallel universe
