no not really .. it will really struggle and u will need to prolly run at the lowest resolution and detail settings .. like a 9700 or 9800 would prolly be the lowest u would want to go in an ati ..

ATI 9250 meets minimum system requirement of the game. BUT usually, minimum can also be equated to SLOW and UNEXCITING. Cheap but better AGP cards are the 9600 Pro and Geforce 7300GT AGP.

well, i dont really know (because some new games need the graphic card to be at least have SM 3, while radeon 2950 only have SM 2b).....
but although it can play it, the graphic would be crappy or the performance is bad (much lag). i suggest you to get new graphic card......

yes.. just dont put it on full graphics.. because it will prob fry your card..
