I do, but I don't recommend it unless you're incredibly serious about it. I've been attacked, harassed, lost jobs, lost friends, been excommunicated by family, and seem to be very good at making people mad at me or scared of me. And sometimes it's entertaining but mostly it sucks. It may seem romantic and fun and powerful, but it's also a big responsibility and it can totally cause pain and suffering. But then there are times when I can help someone with my psychic skills, or comfort someone with healing, or help myself accomplish something with spellwork, or clear someone's house of ghosts, and it is worth the pain. If you're serious, go out into a place that feels sacred, maybe a wooded area or a lake or the ocean, and call it to you. Send your wish out to the universe. Or write it on a piece of paper, hold the paper in your hands in prayer position, give it a bunch of energy and feelings, and then burn it in a fireplace or somewhere safe. If you're serious, the universe will send you a teacher. And if you're scared and not serious, that's fine too. There's nothing wrong with not answering the call. Hugs and bright blessings all!

before you make blank questions on the nature of those who consider themselves wiccan, you should first do a little research of your own. you are on a computer.
broomsticks are used in witchcraft for a variety of reasons, none of which include flying. they are used primarily to sweep negative energy away. they are also used in certain rituals (mostly celebrations of spring or harvest) as bringers of fertility (not necessarily associated with sex). in olden times, "witches" may have been reported as flying on broomsticks, but this is a superstitious fallacy.

I used to be a witch but am now a Christian and I can tell you the witchcraft of Hollywood bears very little resemblance to the real thing. My suggestion is that you don't mess with it. It is wicked and evil and dangerous.
