My homecoming theme is "A Moment Frozen in Time" but I don't really know what it means. Can someone help me? That way I can make and base my dress on the theme.

Just what it says. A moment is a small time period. When something is frozen it has no ability to move. When you get really cold outside you start moving very slowly. Time is an era of existence between one point and another. So a moment frozen in time is smaller period of time inside a larger area of time that is at a complete stand still and whatever is in it is also at a stand still. It's like if you watch a show and at a crucial place in the movie they slow the action down. "For Love Of The Game" had a scene when he threw the ball at the end for his perfect pitch season where they did that. Also in "A Man From Snowy River" they slowed the scene down where the wild horses were running through the river. You could see every water drop and splash because of it. It was very slow motion. Well having 'A Moment Frozen In Time' is that same kind of idea. It would be like slowing down your first kiss or a dance with the prince so you could capture every single feeling and memory about it. That is what they are trying to portray in this homecoming theme.
