why is the ladies toilets seat aw lays wet with pee or used pads?

because some women and girls are just nasty like that and don't know how properly clean up after their sleeves. it gross, I know.

cause some girls are either slobs/lazy. its just plain old disgusting! and the janitors or whatever arent doin their jobs! haha
