does the tranny shift down when you "step on it" if not well thewre is your problem, if yes, check the codes in your computer memory. likly to be a ESC module failure, commen in GM products. if it is good luck, it's gonna be the computer or the wireing between computer and module, either way your timing does not adjust and you running too retarded, (your engine not you) LOL. Tricky job and more for an pofessional you can TRUST!!! a nickel worth of repair possibleand they could charge you for a new computer they actually never installed.
good luck

have you tried tuning it up,most cars will run good for about 50 thousand miles then they get in need of a tune up,you know plugs and wires and filters ,any of these things can cause it to run like this,it might also help to have the computer scanned on it to see if it has any trouble codes in it,even a bad gas filter will cause one to run like this, you need to check all this stuff really good,it probably wouldn't hurt it if it did have a good tune up done to it,good luck with it.

It sounds like your clutch is on the way out, or you need a Tune-Up on your engine.Either way, get your mechanic to check.
