You know, I wish they held annual psyche reviews for Presidents--or those candidates who WANT to become President.
This way, we can evaluate that person's state of mind--and THEN determine if he's capable of carrying out the job in question.
Cause personally?
Bush has lost ALL his marbles a loooong time ago.

No, actually.
Under the 25th Amendment, a majority of the principal officers of the executive departments (i.e., the cabinet) can declare a President unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. If the Vice President concurs, he becomes Acting President.
All the Congress can do is impeach. Presidential disability is an executive function.

Have you listened to our elected politicians lately?
You obvious have too much hate for Bush to see that all of them are an embarrassment (hence their 10% approval rating). From Ted Kennedy, to Robert Byrd, to John McCain.
The only ones that seem somewhat intelligent are the ones that never speak in public. If they started to remove people for their on camera mistakes, we'd be left with a news conference with the last congressman and senator standing in front of cameras refusing to say anything because then they'd have to quit after they open their mouths.

If that was the case the Dems would be missing the speaker of the House and the Senate plus most of their members.

It is VERY clear to me what he was saying. Basically Saddam killed all of the people who could step up and unify the country. That they are all dead. I fail to see anything wrong in what he said.

Believe me I'm NO FAN of Bush's but again I think his words were misconstued. I think he meant to say...Anyone of Mandala's stature and abilities Saddam killed in Iraq so there is no one in Iraq who could do the job of Mandala. That's MHO.
