believe me, it acts as no border, it is supposed to be the border between texas and mexico, but.......mexicans still float with their inertubes or swim over it to sneak in the country.....so it is indeed a usless river that acts as a WELCOME ILLEGALS TO AMERICA..LAND WHERE YOU CAN STEAL JOBS, GET DEPORTED SEVERAL TIMES, BUT STILL MANAGE TO GET BACK IN THE COUNTRY.
