To strive towards perfection knowing fully well that we cannot reach it.

To realize why, if for any reason, we are here (to realize what our longterm "destiny" is.) And if we dont have one (the universe is a natural random event, as is life), then our goal should be to prove to the universe and nature, that we should have a destiny, and that we c an make our own fates, greater than the simple lifeless matter than roams its endless plains always. Of course before understanding the ultimate question of why (literally why, is by far, hands down the supreme question one can ask ever), we need to first understand our selves, so we can interpret what we learn accurately. Something we have not done up to this point atleast. The majority of peoples goals now seem to be mixed and diverse, and all in different directions. most have no value or to important signifigance to advancing our species, but instead to just provide a temporary upgrade in our own personal way of life, and experiences. It will never happen, but our goal should be all as one. To all want and thrive to learn the same thing, and reach the same state. Most of us all want different things, none of which are important to ALL OF US in the first place, but just what we think is important to JUST US. We have to remember, individuals in all forms, do not share the continuations seen with that which works together. When a massive star collapses in on itself, goes hyper nova, and gamma ray bursts rupture the very fabric of time, it would all be for nothing if the matter and molecules didnt follow the laws of physics. No black hole would form. light would escape, and any sign that a great and ancient star had once dwelled there would not be evident. instead, albeit they're forced to by the laws of the universe, molecules and particles, and all matter in general, DOES follow the natural reactions to such an event, and A black hole is created. Thus one of the most magnificent and massive, powerful things in the known reality is born. And as far as we know, it has no timeline from then on. Its now a reminder forever that a great star was once here, that star now will be remembered forever. All because of infinite amounts of things working toward one goal. We may be life, and human beings, but I dont see us being any different. If we some how (itll never happen), all wanted ONE thing the most, and did everything in our possibility to achieve it, I believe we have the ability to create our own laws. And to grasp, what was once, the ungraspable.

I think we're talking about a moving target here. Each of us will determine the goal for themselves. As the conditions of humanity changes so will the goals. But for now I would put "to end suffering" at the top of my list.

To live in community with one another. To do injustice to no person so that no person is harmed. When true justice is attained there will be an end of needless human suffering. We can take the first step toward this goal today.

Humanity distinguishes itself from animality by it's capacity to understand that the purpose of life is more than simply satisfying the basic needs like eating, sleeping, mating and defending.

Humans should strive at creating the proper environment for future generations to facilitate the understanding of the relationship between the souls and the Supersoul.

Shoulds are a dangerous way to live and sure way to avoid happiness.

If you want to tell our species what to do, that is one choice. I just hope you are in the majority and it isn't the billions of non-whites and those of different religions who end up telling you how you should be living your life and what your life goals should be.

Our species has the right, in my view, to develop naturally. Social engineering has lead to catastrophic results. It's one thing for leaders to give a vision that they see, it is quite another to begin engineering, indoctrinating children and setting in motion events that will ripple through time.

The nazis, for example, had a vision of what society should be and how people should live (and which should die).

To get off this tiny little planet. We are out growing it and the trash is piling up. We'll need new digs soon.

Better to go where no man has gone before than to live in one's own filth.

Humanity is created, it stays for some time and it dissolves in its source.

The goal is to dissolve in that source, before that time.
