know your limits

There are almost no limits, but thinking you are limited could be one way of describing resistance which is what actually limits one. We are limited when it comes to relationships with others, in other words we can influence others but we cannot create in their experience in such a way as to interfere with their free will.
There are many different ways to explain resistance and although they might look different, they are all the same.
If you can feel as if you already have what you want for a little over a minute, then you can be sure that there is no resistance. It could be said that from there on if one can be happy and unconcerned as to whether the desire is about to manifest, it will rather quickly. If it delays and there are no conflicting beliefs or desires, then the problem likely would be feeelings of doubt or impatience which are negative emotions and therefore resistance. If these are difficult for the individual to achieve, then focus of thought on a minor thought through meditation is also helpful because it helps to eliminate resistance. All of this is simple enough but usually still takes practice and the best way to do that is to at first work on manifesting things which are not such a big deal in order to strengthen faith in one's ability to create. Enjoy!

i think its the realization of knowing that everything we want we cannot have and understanding that for every action is a reaction. knowing your limits limits you in a way.

That's pretty vague. Technology, capital, time, ability, social convention/morality, government, physical phenomena, the free will of others. Rabid pandas..you know the ones I mean.

1. Guilt. (Harming ourselves for past actions.)
2. Shoulds. (Social want rather than genuine wants.)
3. Conflict. (Competing wants.)
4. Self-involvement. (Many wants require the participation of others.)
