The oil filter adapter gasket has probably failed. This would be the gasket that seals the adapter to the engine block at the left front of the engine. The adapter is the piece where the oil filter and the other end of the lower radiator hose attaches to. The gasket itself is relatively inexpensive. The labor to install it would depend on where you are located geographically. Go to your local Ford dealer and ask for basic part number 6840 to get the part you need. Once replaced, you'll need to flush out the cooling system SEVERAL times to get rid of the engine oil that has contaminated the cooling system. Hope this helps.

If you have a radiator problem go to a RADIATOR SHOP and get it fixed. They don't charge no $70+ Bucks an hour and it is their business. A blown head gasket will not put oil in your radiator it will put coolant in your oil under certain conditions.

All the other possibility's have been covered, except it may of had a small coolant leak a one time and someone put stop leak in it. Looks just like oil in the radiator.

Usually with a blown head gasket you get coolant in the engine oil. Oil in the coolant could be transmission fluid if you have an automatic trans. There is a small trans cooler in your radiator.

You may have a blown head gasket. This dumps anti-freeze into the oil. DO NOT DRIVE IT!!!! it will only make the problem worse... have it fixed ASAP, and if it has high miles then check into having the motor rebuilt... but that's my opinion... Its what I would do.

Oil in the coolant or coolant in your oil usually means your head gasket is blown. Remove your dipstick, if you have a light greyish deposit on it that's a sign of coolant mixed with your oil. You have to change your head gasket.

Bad head gasket.
Check the plugs to find out which side, and replace it.
There is the chance of it being a cracked head. Diagnose the same way.
While stop leaks claim they can fix this problem, I am not so sure.
