No. That means you're body is efficiently tired and need to sleep and repair and relax. You must be lucky enough to not be too stressed and have stuff on your mind to keep you awake. I don't like it when it takes forever to fall asleep.
Unless you mean, if you're right in the middle of doing something, like driving, showering, cooking... Then yes, too dangerous. :-)

Nope. As long as you stay asleep throughout the night. A lot of people, including myself, wish they could fall asleep quickly!

If you were whomped throughout the day with physical activities, then no, now way! Otherwise, falling asleep fast is just your body's cycle. It's different for everyone. Take me thirty minutes.
