Actually, more than one are configured that way. You are probably thinking of Africa, but North America, Europe and Asia also fit. The area around the North Pole is a desert, even though it is on a body of water and this extends onto the extreme northern parts of the other three mentioned continents.

I'd go with Australia (outback), Antarctic (it's all desert), North America (arctic - also desert), Europe (also artic) and Africa. Basically every continent except South America.
