well she should have went in august but if she hit a car and kept going and didn't see if the people in the car was alright, alive or dead then yeah she should do some kind of time, if it was you or me a regular person there would be no questions asked just straight to jail. I don't hate her or anybody but why when a celebrity do something wrong people always want to slap them on the wrist but if a regular person does the same crime they have to serve time and what not.

I actually think jail might be good for her. It would give her time out of the spotlight, no papparazzi, time to think about her past actions, and months without alcohol and drugs. In some cases, jail can save people.

I thought I was well informed, but I never heard of any hit-and-run. If she did the crime then she should do the time (if someone was hurt), otherwise a bracelet would be fine.
