My wife is going to let me give the baby a second name if we use one of her names as the first so.
She has decided on either piper or phoebe. If we use phoebe i thought
Phoebe Calista Inez (her original name i kind of like the sound the more i say it)
or Phoebe Jemma Grace
Piper Romy Elise
Piper Ingrid Sky

Myles Liam Davis
Parker Elias Cole

I really like Phoebe Calista. Not extremely fond of Piper for a first name. Myles Liam doesn't flow real great because of the two "L" sounds back to back. Perhaps Myles Elias? I do like Parker Elias though.

Or Liam Elias Parker would be good.
I like Piper and Phoebe for names (my fave is Phoebe Jemma Grace) but maybe change some of the combo's around like ...

Piper Elise Skye
I really don't like the names Inez, Ingrid and Romy. The others are so much better. And hate Myles too parker, Liam or Elias/Elijah are much better. But don't put davis or cole on the end as it sounds like a surname.

I like Piper Ingrid Sky but the initials to that are PIS. Maybe instead it could be Piper Sky Ingrid.
I also like Parker Elias Cole. Those initials are PEC. Maybe also just change the middle names around and have Parker Cole Elias?
I love the name Phoebe Jemma Grace! It is just lovely.

I like Piper Romy Elise, actually.
Myles Liam Davis is cute. The only reason i don't vote for Parker is because I think Elias is too bland. I like Parker Elijah Cole though.

Big fan of Charmed, hey? I think it's cute and if it wasn't so cruel I would love to have triplets named Piper, Pheobe and Paige.
Pheobe Jemma Grace is the best for Pheobe.
Piper Ingrid Sky is the best for Piper.
Parker Elias Cole is the best boys name.
I also love Wyatt for a boy, SO CUTE!
Your name choices are all great so just pick your favourite. I would suggest you give your baby only one middle name but you seem to have your heart set on two so go with it.

Piper and Phoebe are not good. Calista Piper is much, much better. Myles is the best boy name.
