Unfortunately , there are a lot of critical people ,
And most of it is BS , because they feel inferior and
Are trying to bail out by abusing someone else .
VERY Important that you learn to stand up for yourself and the best way at your age is the 'stare'.
Look directly at them , and look like you really want to pound their lame assss into the wall ,
BUT , you are fully aware that the police might arrest you , so you don't .
You do not need to say a word for now .
Just learn the direct to the eyes , focused , smirking stare .
Do Not look like you are about to go ballistic ,
Look cool , quiet , confident . . . like you are Jet Li ,
But not legally allowed to stomp them .
Eventually , you will be able to verbalize things but first you should take some martial arts classes .
Then , when they get stupid , you can just grin , shake your head & say " low life *****" , to a guy !
Should they go ballistic , then you can snap their arm or something (IF they make the 1st move ) .
Good Luck in the martial arts classes !

When you get embarrassed, you need oxygen. Take some deep breaths. I know when you are embarrassed, the tendency is to hold your breath and duck and cover, but you need to take some deep breaths, get a drink of liquid oxygen (water).
This is part of your age too. As you finish puberty, you won't so easily triggered into embarrassment.

Learn to laugh at yourself and the whole world laughs with you instead of at you.
You are going thru major physical changes, and stuff is going to happen, it does to everyone. So if you blush, and people notice and comment on it, just chuckle and say " yeah, I'm having another power surge."

dont be sad, and dont be taken aback by what they say about you... just dont take their criticism seriously, you are perfect and no one should change you for that. We all went through that stage when we were still young and hey look where are those nasty critical individuals now, I couldn't care for what they have to throw at me... its just their opinion, You know yourself much better than they do... so cheer up and laugh.

You need to be able to laugh at yourself. I think sometimes when you try to hide the fact that you are embarrassed then it makes you turn even more purple...

Do you mean you're blushing? It's unfortunate that people will be mean and tease others... perhaps you can just try to make a joke out of it yourself. People tend to tease more if you react strongly to them... if you just laugh it off (outwardly) then maybe they won't do it so much.

That has nothing to do with puberty... you might want to see a doctor, this can develop into a serious mental problem.

You know everyone is different, and if you just keep your head up, and your heart in the right place you will be fine.
Either that or just tell everyone who says anything to you to
go pound sand (that is what my dad told me)
