is there a website that i can just download it from I have the usb and charger but she forgot the cd and i wanted to try and use it now what should i do?

Go the palmone.com and download the software. You're gonna need the palmdesktop software which will inlcude hotsync. It will ask if you want to sync with Outlook or Palm Desktop, make your selection and install.

get to a technical forum like cnet or pcworld.com and start there... they are still hot on those products.
google or yahoo up the zire21 and check what you can get and where are the retailers near your area
