Lestat Callahan Moore (yes it is a character in interview with a vampire but i fell in love with the name)

and if we have a daughter
Lucianna Corabelle Moore

Our other two children are Marina and Roxy. Do these names sound good with them at all?

So long as you're prepared for everyone asking if you know Lestat was a vampire, I think they're great names. I like Corabelle Lucianna Moore better, but the other way is beautiful too.

Uh...Lucianna is pretty but Corabelle? How about just Belle or Bella? Corabelle is a Cow's name. and Lestat, yeah, it's a character in the movie, but how will it affect your son in 13 years when he's in middle school? How about Callahan as the first name?

And I don't think Lestat goes with Marina and Roxy, but Lucianna does.

Great choices! I would have to agree with izabellasdaddy07, the kids won't make that connection until highschool(hopefully) and the kids who have seen the movie might have gotten nightmares from it. I wouldn't worry about it. And your other names sound great. I like Marina, I think of the sea when I hear that name. Roxy means star, dawn, and bright.I would say that the names you have chosen go perfectly with the two you already have. I wish it would be a girl because I can totally see Lucianna Corabelle going perfectly with Marina and Roxy. And JJ is right,I actually know a family by the surname of Demian.

Lucianna Corabelle is great. Lestat Callahan...isn't. I'm sorry, but I think you'll regret naming him this. Why not go for Callahan Lestat?

I love Roxy - what a spunky name!

I like the name Lestat.... Of course I'm into the whole goth thing, anyway. And it was a great book! Lucianna seems like it should be with an Italian sounding last name, but it's still pretty.

Marina - yes, sounds good.... Roxy kinda seems out of place, but at least it still seems like something a bit different.

Wow. People on here are really giving you a hard time. I dont think there that bad. Roxy isnt really my style but its not horrible.

I think Lestat is cool. Not many little kids have seen interview with a vampire, so im pretty sure they wont get the connection until high school.

Lucianna is cute she could be lucy for short. pretty

My sympathies to your children as they go through life being treated like cr*p by all their rude and nasty schoolmates.
Luciana can at least be made into Lucy and Marina is a good Slavic name. A friend of mine has that one. Roxy almost sounds like a nickname but Lestat must really be the mailman's illegitimate son, correct? Do you hate him that much? Call him Callahan if you must. At least it's Irish or something. But for the love of God give up the Lestat thing!! Little kids are rotten when it comes to mocking other people! Have you forgotten that or were you raised in a commune or something? You'll have to home-school that poor boy!!
Please reconsider!!

I really don't like Lestat at all it sounds like a product name or something. Callahan is a surname too.
You're other names are so beautiful compared with this one. I would rethink the choice.

Lestat? No way, I think it's hideous. Imagine calling your little baby that or saying that name at the playground. Ridiculous, really. Lucianna is kinda pretty though. You really should rethink Lestat, it's bad!
