you don't have to eat to much tha is not the problem just eat a lots of vegetables fruits, beans don't forget your water intake 6 to 8 glases a day; stay away from too much soda and don't drink to much; ------- you know what!!!, eat food that contain fiber and grain and nut if you like sea--food that will be super too and v 8 juice it has 4--vegetables and 4 fruits. take care of your self elric and be bless.

Usually it is caused by food fermentation ,
And usually from eating fibrous foods that require more bacteria to break down ,
Like beans and broccoli .
However , if you diet is poor with insufficient fiber . . .
Other food can stall and ferment in your tract .
Given your intake of lager , it does not sound like your health quality is something you care about ,
So are you just curious about the event ?

Lager doesn't help because it is fizzy. Lemonade, coca cola and any other sparkling bubbly drinks create a lot of gas.
Lentil soup and pea soup generate loads of gas.

In my experience life causes flatulence.
