How much dose a steel house frame house cost?

Question

My mom and dad say if i can come up with good house designs and budgets we can build a house. I will be coming here a lot for more answers. So first off how much would this cost?

I've long been in contact with a company in Texas that builds or fabricates rather; steel housing. I've seen the designs and have a lot of details. They state that they deliver anywhere for $11.50 a sq. ft. plus they take care of the code/zoning issues. There homes can be finished on the exterior with stucco/ paint/ etc.
