The really tight vertebral column muscles before the massage may be vertebrae out of alignment pinching spinal nerves which cause muscle spasm and pain.

Light headed, dizzy, and feeling bad indicates the massage caused worsening rather than correction of the problem of the nerves pinched and muscle spasm, specifically in the cervical vertebra at the base of your skull.

Take Ibuprophen, get into a hot shower, then lay down flat without a pillow.

If improvement does not take place so the dizziness and bad feeling decrease to near normal within an hour, have your father take you to the Emergency Room.

Go to the Hospital now as there are nerves in the back of the neck that should be played with, I do not want to frighten you but people have died after having such a message.

Yes, as a matter of fact I do! I just polished off about a half a box of vanilla wafers and I feel terrible! Thanks for asking, do you feel sick too?

you are feeling light headed and dizzy because you actually have more circulation to your brain than you are accustomed to after the massage loosened things up. If you are sore, soak in a hot bath, you will be ok.
