What was the name of this Super NES game?

I once rented this Super Nintendo game where you're this caveman by the name of 'Sam'. It's a 2D side scrolling game where throughout every stage, you have to collect food as you go along. I think you also collect bones too. At the end of the stage, this old man will tell you how much food you've collected. (50%, 76%, etc.) I think the storyline is that the villagers are running out of bones (used as money), so Sam has to travel North (which means the later stages are snow stages) to some graveyard filled with bones. FOR THE LIFE OF ME, I CANNOT REMEMBER THE NAME OF THIS GAME. Can someone tell me what the name of it is, so I can buy it or at least view it on youtube? Thanks. :)

Hey i think the game u are thinking off is called prehistorik man there is a guy called sam and it's like a adventure game ...good news for you is it's out on the gba but yeah thats the name prehistorik man
