Hi
You must present NEW evidence to an appellant court (that is something that has not been brought before the court) or prove that the original proceedings were corrupt in some way, Also remember in England you have been judged by your pears, and are therefor guilty in the eyes of the law. How can you say this person is Innocent? without giving uncontroversial proof

The best group for such is Amnesty International (AI). They do never take cases from their own country, but let members from another country deal with it. That way all is very fair and free of undue influences.

Should this be a genuine case then it is sad.Only to say that it is a long hard road to acheive that objective.Their is the Court of appeal and if that has been exhausted their is little chance of success.

Make his or her case as eloquently as you can to a good pro bono lawyer.

If you can prove it, ultimately it can be worth any good lawyer's time.

Do a preliminary brief of the case. Find a lawyer. Choose carefully and take a little time with your decisions.

Good luck.
