70 degrees N latitude puts you 70 degrees north of the equator (you've only gone 20 degrees). There are 90 more degrees between the equator and the South Pole. Therefore you still have 90+70 degrees to go. Or 160 degrees.

There are 360 degrees in a circle, 180 in half of that (like N to south pole).

So 180-70=answer (110 degrees)

North pole is 90 N. North pole to south pole is 180 degrees. 90 to 70 is __X__ degrees. 180 - __X__ = degrees left to pass over.

Your answer would be 160 more degrees. It is 180 degrees from N.Pole to S.Pole and you have only flew 20 degrees, leaving you 160 to go.
