They are great ethnic names, but unless you come from a Persian background or your husband has a Persian last name, I wouldnt give you child a name like that. Can you imagine some uncultured idiot trying to pronounce one of those names?! I would use one of those names as a middle name. All the best with your child naming!

Sami and Sina are both wonderful names. Sami sounds more masculine but everybody would spell his name wrong, like "Sammy" instead. When it comes down to it it is your choice. Congrats on your baby I'm sure you will pick a good name!

I like Sami and Sina, too... but I know a little girl named Sami (Samantha), and I'm afraid Sina would be mistaken for a girl's name, too.
