Yes! u can because if u got ur license say in Florida,at the age of 16,and u drive in New Jersey,where the driving age is 17,u can still drive in New Jersey,because Florida,was ur issuing state not New Jersey,but if ur moving to Jersey,to live u have 15 days to change over from Florida to Jersey,if not than u will have legaltrouble problems if pulled over by any New Jersey,law enforcement officer I hope that answers ur question.
