I rent, but Im only 20 and just out of college. I would like to own, but its too much responsibility for me right now, being a single female. Although I hate the thought of throwing my money away on rent. But it is cheaper than owning right now.

We rent. I don't mind renting, I like living in a apartment, but we would much rather a nice condo in a big tall building! I am not happy with our place right now, it is too small and there are only four apartments here.
