It's completely normal to be worried for your baby -- and for yourself -- but do your best to calm down, honey. You need to trust your doctor for now; if he/she said you and the baby are fine, then odds are that you are.
What won't be fine for either one of you, on the other hand, is added stress. So sit back, put your feet up, and relax. Or try a long hot soak in the tub. Limiting your activities a bit, too is okay if it'll make you feel more at ease.
And one more thing? Congrats on baby!

uuuugh i had horrible back pain the whole time!! i would take long hot showers like 3 x a day. you're probably fine. sometimes my back hurt so bad that i couldnt even walk without crying and i was only 5-6 months at that time. it's probably the way the baby is sitting inside of you. onc ei had bad rib pain and found out by ultrasound at 28 weeks that his but was in my ribs lol. i gave birth at 36 weeks and he was fine

When my sister was pregnant with her first baby, she had the same thing. She went to see our Grandmother, who was a midwife until she was almost 90. Grandma asked her if she wanted the baby, if she loved it. She said yes, of course. Grandma told her to go home and drink some warm milk with a little honey in it, to put a warm wet towel on her belly, put her feet up and play some beautiful classical music while she told her baby over and over. "I love you, I want you and everything will be all right. I love you, I want you, and everything will be all right...." She was to do this for twenty minutes whenever she started to feel anxious. Sissy went home and did as she was told, had a healthy baby at 37 weeks. Went on to have four more healthy babies, using the same program.
Best wishes. Remember, you love him, you want him, and everything will be all right.

Every woman has contractions at this stage, and cant feel them... I dont know or understand why he would do tests because you were having braxton hicks. If they were more than BH's you would have felt them.
I had them from 4 months until delivery. Theyre totally normal.
If he says you're fine then you're fine.

Relax that is very common. If you worry too much you will have more and stronger ones that could lead to real labor pains. Try not to worry excessively. Try to exercise lightly and walk daily to keep your blood flow going smoothly through your body. You'll be OK.
