The girl's baby's father is in his 20's, & he bought the alcohol for the girl to drink, & she's talking about feeding it to her baby. My friend just overheard the conversation & told me. Should we step in & call the police or leave it alone? It's my friend's sister's friend. I know that's kinda complicated. But my friend's sister's friend is 3mos. pregnant with baby # 2 @ age 15. & my friend's sister is 17 & she's encouraging it.

No thinking twice about this, call the police right away. A child that young cannot handle alchohol. It is poison to their body, the smallest amount can kill him/her.

What a mess. I bet the girl's family situation is a mess, right? No father, messed up mother, right?

Well...

The father is a rapist plain and simple. So call the police there...maybe in dealing with statutory rape they will ignore the providing alcohol to a 15 year old part.

The girl is an unfit parent, so she needs to a visit from social services.

Probably the father will be ordered away, the girl will be put in a foster home, and the baby in a different foster home.

The sister will probably have fgood reason to go away too.

Call social services to get started, everyone needs help and deserves it, you can make a big difference in starting them towards a better life for them then they are gonna have otherwise.

You can call them anonymously, your friend won't find out it was you.

Do it out of love! Before the baby dies - and it won't take long before the baby is addicted.

Good luck!

PS - might as well make the same call for the other friend - sounds like she is gonna be a great-grandma before she is 40!

WoW! Very immature of everyone involved in this,no one should ever even TALK about doing that to a innocent child Who Cannot def fend themselves, much less following through with it.I would Call social services or Police on her.I wouldn't even care if she knew it was me,because in the long run I would be saving that baby.Where is her mother? @ 15 she should be at football games-having fun not drinking vodka. What is wrong with these people.Where do you live that allows a 20 year old to get liquor? I know there are ways around it but still it's the point. If something happened to that baby(god forbid)how would you feel? knowing you could have done something about it.Report Her!

Call the police and/or child protective services IMMEDIATELY! There are two problems here -- the first, of course, being the one concerning feeding an infant alcohol. The second is the relationship between a 15-year old and a 20-year old. In most states this relationship is considered child endangerment and statutory rape, because she is not of age. This situation needs to be remedied at once. Do the right thing, please.

* The father of the child could also be charged with supplying a minor with alcohol, which is another extremely terrible thing to do.

If there was a real concern that this was going to happen and could happen soon, I would call my local police department (not 911.. the local number) and make a complaint. If you call Social Services, they won't necessarily be able to come out and check out the situation in time. The police can handle the situation effectively and report them to Social Services if necessary.

Personaly I understand why you would be worried about the baby, but you weren't the one who heard it or the one that really knows that girl. It's not really your place to tell the authorities and if your friend has a problem with it she should be the one who tells the authorities. If she hasn't done it yet most authorities arent' going to believe you because you heard from a girl who isn't friends with her. Yes it's an issue that should be dealt with but before going to authorities I would talk with parents or maybe a school counsler about it.

if she is stupid enough to go to jail for her baby's death. she is obviously not a good mom, so talk to her see if you can get her to give up the baby for adoption. have her give up the other child as well. call the child protection adn put her *** in jail for life. babies are not some lab rats u can just mess with. they are human and they deserve to be respected and cared for. it's because of mothers like her these kids end up in foster care or dead. irresponsible slut!

When it comes to any childs safety everyone is MANDATED TO REPORT. Call CPS or child protective services. You don't have to give your name. But YES report what you know let them decide what to do. Some people are so ignorant that They probobly would feed their child alcohol.

WHA??? That's BS...there should be laws that make it so moms under 18 like that should be monitored...that's irresponible and terrible. Her kid should be taken away, and after #2 is born it should be taken away as well. I'd call social services.
