Hmm. Seven know-nothings in a row.

If you've lifted very heavy weights, its possible you've damaged the areas in your bones called "growth plates". Bones don't grow like balloons. There are cellular structures and a network of calcium like a very dense spider web on the inside. This can be damaged and growth slowed or stopped.

If you've been lifting more moderate weights, probably no damage, and you'll grow more in a few more years.

I had a friend in high school who was about 5'1" in 9th grade, and 5'3" in 12th grade. I saw him 4 years later, and he was 5'9". So it is partly genetic. Basketball player Dennis Rodman grew about 9 inches when he was 18 and 19. Most boys are finished growing by then.

Make sure you eat well, and get plenty of sleep. That's when you do your growing.

When I was in 10th grade the boy who sat infront of me was only 4`11.
He played all kinds of sports and was really good in basketball.
I changed schools for 11th grade and when I saw him again I was a college sophmore and he was 5`10
Also a doctor told me a few years ago that
males grow until they are 21 and females grow until they are 18 years old.

Your workout routine will not stunt your growth. You have about 7 years left to grow. You will see a few more growth spurts.

Guys don't stop growing until about 21 so you got a ways to go. Girls grow faster because they can start as early as nine years old and finish about 18.
