Liberals have nothing to offer except socialism. They know that the public won't accept socialism, so they go negative. They oppose anything a conservative does, regardless if it's good ot bad; they start with name calling, they feel if they do it for year in and year out, people will eventually agree. Liberals hit the jackpot when Bush made the mistake, going into Iraq. By opposing Bush, they make the false analogy that if Bush is wrong about Iraq, then socialism is validated. Huh? By redistributing wealth, by supporting every enemy of the USA, especially socialists and communists, they believe when the public rejects Bush, everyone must get aboard the socialist bandwagon. Hey, there are a lot of lemmings out there that will do whatever liberal activist news agencies say, it's working.

Liberals tolerant? Hah! They are so arrogant that they don't even know that socialists and communists have infested and hijacked their ideology and every selfish interest group. Just ask a liberal if socialism controls their ideology; they will say no, spit in your face & then carry the socialist flag!

It's human to make mistakes. Even as much as I didn't like Clinton, I admit he did a lot of good things. But the Bush-haters are absolutely blinded with rage.

The left is only tolerant of the left. Just look at how *invited* conservative speakers are treated on universities all over this country. Or look at what Barbara Boxer said to Condi Rice - flip the political parties around, and they'd *still* be howling with outrage.

This administration, which certainly has it's faults, is no more corrupt than the Clinton admin. Not that I'm excusing it - far from it - but I'm sick and tired of the left acting like they all have golden halos over their heads.

Foley is a total bottom-feeder, but at least they got rid of him. The Democrats reelected Gerry Studds, who got an underage male page drunk and had sex with him, repeatedly. Then again - it *is* Massachusetts - I think there's something in the water there - how else do you explain Ted Kennedy *still* being in office?

Bush has a speech problem?? My God, has anyone ever listened to Barney "Fwank"? Teddy Kennedy?? (Osama... Bammarama... uhh...) And at least Bush doesn't have a problem with the definition of difficult words, like IS!
And you're right. The left preaches tolerance and then shows what utter hypocrites make up its ranks by working to silence anyone they disagree with. That is, anyone who has a habit of telling the truth or presenting facts. For neither get along very well with the philosophy of the left.

I can understand when someone has an issue with something the President is proposing that they have a disagreement with but, to pick on his pattern of speech, physical traits or habits is kind of petty. GWB has a higher standard when dealing with people. He makes fun of himself and has a good sense of humor, as far as I am concerned. I do believe that he is sincere in the things that he says and that he has higher values and standards than most of the liberals that I see who show such disrespect and dishonor to our military, to General Petraeus and to our President. It is pretty disgusting and I am offended by it.

Not all liberals are bad people. Many buy into the political hype and believe that GWB is not an intelligent, thoughtful person. These people are not independent thinkers. They are jump on the bandwagon type people.

Because then they don't have to think about the ethical lapses and countless scandals of the Clinton administration or of the worst president of the last 100 years...James Earl Carter. It is so much easier being a liberal rather than a thinking, ethical, hard working, America loving conservative. We have to constantly battle ignorant "progressives", Hollywood, liberal bias in the media, indoctrination of our kids in government schools and of course "the bastion of free speech" college campuses. It is all about scoring political canon these days. Neither side - and it should not even be "sides" - are overrun with ideologues, leaving the rational people without effective voice or support.

Example: a man who supports a woman's right to chose, but still believes in the 2d Amendment, what is he to do?

A woman who believes in affirmative action, but wants a secured border, who does she turn to for representation?
