First of all, you can't be like the kid who wrote Eragon because your parents don't own a publishing company to publish your books. That is how he got published. His aren't great books - not even close. They are ripoffs of Anne Mc Caffrey's Pern books with a Star Wars motif in the background.
Secondly, you never enter into a write thinking it is going to be a series. At least you never tell that to a publisher. They will never ever buy four books from a new author. They may, if you get lucky, buy ONE. No publisher is going to get stuck with a four book deal if your first book doesn't do well. If you are planning a series, each book has to be a stand-alone book in the event the others don't come out. A publisher would get very snarky if your book didn't have an ending and you were depending on four books to tell your story. They would reject it completely. You don't mention the other three until the first one sells. Focus on selling ONE book - the best you have. Then hope for a deal on the rest.

Please, write first. (no it doesn't sound boring by the way!) Don't focus on the aspects of 'becoming famous young' just write because you want to write. Currently i'm 3/4ths of the way through on writing a fantasy book:) And I'm a few years younger than the guy who wrote Eragon. (He was 15, correct?)

AND honestly. I don't like Christopher's Paolini's books whatsoever. I'm in the middle of Eragon right now, and I've had the book for about 3 weeks. The reason that he got published was because his parents had a publishing company.... Sorry. Just voicing an opinion.

You want to be a shut-in whose claim to fame is being published by his mother?
In ten years nobody will remember Christopher Paolini, he hasn't the talent or creativity to come up with anything after his third "Inheritance" book, provided that even comes out.
Your idea does not sound boring, and it could work if written well. What's interesting about proposing a series is it's not that the publisher will flat out deny you without having a read (since they actually have to read it to find out if you have plans to continue) but let's say your odds of having a stand-alone book be published are 1/1,000,000, those are some small odds, if it's the "first in a series," your odds are now 1/100,000,000.
I would advise that you have a good ending on just the one in case things don't work out with your series.

Actually, I prefer the spelling of Medievil.
What the medieval period covers from about 700 A.D. to 1200 A.D., so that is a lot of time.
Jake, if it were me, I would write to satisfy myself without the objective of having a best seller or being a celibrity. Just write what pleases you.
And, no, I do not think that writing 4 different books about the same war, the same period, and from the points of view of 4 different people would be boring.
I mean you sound pretty excited about it, so it is not boring to you.
Jake just be yourself and don't worry about being other people as you can only be yourself and not the kid who wrote Eragon.
I wouldn't get hung up with the objective of making a great book, just write to please yourself.
And, I would not be too hung up about still being young as your life is only beginning and just be you and don't worry about trying to be someone famous.
Jake, you are already an awesome person, so just put your thoughts down to please yourself.
Do your research as advised by others on how to get published.
Just be realistic. Few books get published, and, those books that do get published are lucky to be #400 on Amazon.com for a few weeks before they disappear forever.
Write to please yourself.
Just be yourself as you are a kool dude already, so don't try to be like somebody else or want to be somebody who you are not.
I like your book ideas though.
Just realize that getting published is like making the NBA, and getting a best selling book is like making First Team All NBA team out of hundreds of NBA players.
Jake, keep your goals high and strive to be the best at whatever you do, but only because you want to do it for yourself while being yourself.

Evil friars...They act rather effective and organic, yet interior they're rather evil and that they only act effective for the attention and attractiveness. people come as much as them for advice, and the friars supply them undesirable advice on purpose, and that they attempt to make it convincing. they supply them undesirable advice so they are in a position to ruin their lives, and finally people locate out and characteristic those little pitchforks-on-fireplace issues, and that they've a extensive mob and song the team of friars down. the team has a attractiveness, and that they are nicely-customary in different countrys/states/continents etc., and while they're revealed, they flow to a distinctive place that would not comprehend the team, etc, till they're finally caught. And...I have been given this concept because of the fact you positioned midevil, and that i presumed it stated mid-evil.....i think of you advise medieval although. :D

No, it doesn't sound boring, and even if the topic itself were boring, having four interesting characters can more than make up for that.
I say go for your goals. Nothing ventured is nothing gained, so who knows...perhaps you could publish something and be famous.
best of luck on this.

No! It will not get boring. It's like those movies, black sand red sun and vice versa or something. It doesn't matter if you are young! If you try hard, you will still be able to write well.
