Count your blessings, consult with your atty, and follow their advice. If you were found Not Guilty, my advice is honestly, let sleeping dogs lie. If your atty wants to pursue, let him/her speak for you. I can understand wanting to stand up for your integrity, innocence, etc. BUT, it may go to the point of "what goes around, comes around" ie: these chumps may in time get what's coming to them. If there is no after trial threat to you or your family or safety, I'd tend to let it go. I know this may sound kitschy, but pray for God to work this out and trust me, He will. God bless, and take care. Hope everything goes well for you from now on!

A district attorney has prosecutorial discretion. Most likely, he or she is not going to file perjury charges. It just doesn't happen.

If you were really interested in it, you should have probably asked your attorney at the conclusion of the trial.

You can't. Sad, but true. Perjury is RARELY ever actually charged these days.
