Mayonnaise, being a French creation, would instantly surrender. Its the big loser here.

Ketchup and Mustard are pretty evenly matched.

Both are vinegary/acidic.
Both taste great on a burger.
Both can be used to create more complex sauces/flavors.

Ketchup eventually wins because you put it on both the burger AND the fries. Its a teensy bit more versatile.

i think it depends were you are in the country/world

east coasters and mid westerners like mustard

west coasters like ketchup

mayonaise lovers are few and far between...i love the french idea of sauce americaine which is basically half ketchup half mayo and even better dijonaise half mustard half mayo

anyways my vote goes to ketchup
