Your question is WHO is the best person in your life & why.
My answer would be my Husband. I adore all of my family and feel like I am leaving out important people in my life, such as my son and Grandson and Mother. But you are asking for us to list the one person.
So again that would be my Husband. I married him 25+ years ago. He is everything to me. My friend, lover, my everything. I treat him very well, I always try my best. I know we can all improve on certain things that life throws at us. But I do my best and so does he.

God it first in my life, and then my husband and children. I don't treat God well enough when I am busy I forget to pray, and I treat my husband and children very well.
