other than doubling the memory an the new split screen. Since I dont see any reason to spend another 364 skins after the rebate like I did last October of 2006. Please enlighten me on this if there is something I am not seeing, I have an open mind an am willing to listen.

No reason to upgrade! Other than 160GB being MEGA memory for a portable music player, there isn't a great reason to upgrade right now to that version. There might be if the 160GB version was also a touch screen, though!
