My box turtle has laid two eggs and when I find them they were both cracked open. What should I do?

I agree with Elaine M here. There is no way of saving a cracked egg and nothing that you can really do. Just get rid of them. Too bad though. Better luck the next time if you are trying to breed.

Yo need to watch the turtles carefully when they are about to lay eggs. Box turtles also love to EAT eggs.
My guess is that the male ate them as soon as they were laid.
