I don't know about the back of the head, but my cousin's ex-husband hit someone so hard in the side of the head...the temple area I think, that the guy's eye popped out.

This sounds like an urban legend. A blow that hard to the head is likely to kill you.

Maybe if you got hit hard enough... But to get hit that hard you'd have a lot more important things to worry about than your eyes. Like why your head is now 3 inches thick.

I saw a guy get hit and his eyes shot across the room. It was soooo funny watching him feel around the room looking for them!!!

i think so, but i think your first answerer is right, it would have to be such a hard blow that you might not even be alive after, but i have heard of eyes popping out before, it is not unheard of.

i m pretty sure they cant the brain will just come out the back. The bullet might go through the eye though.
