I find your question intriguing , in fact I'm sorry that I don't have an exact answer eventhough I have many questions.
My family is also from Cuba and we have lost contact with some relatives on my Grandmothers side of the family , not immediate family but 2nd and 3rd cousins.
I am truly sorry that your husband lost touch with his parents and brothers , this is what I would do to find lost family , find out where he lived exactly ,example: street address or neighborhood.
Someone in town must remember something , what did your husband do for a living in Cuba , maybe old co-workers can help , assuming that your Husband is alive and well and can help you with key information , you are gonna need more info.
Do be carefull with your queries , because there are plenty of Cubans who would love to be your family in hopes that you send $$$$$$
Is your Husband still alive ?
Why and how did he leave Cuba , did he leave voluntarily or was he sent by someone else as were many children during the famous operation peter pan?
Have you contacted and Miami Cubans ?, maybe someone from Matanzas can help.
Good Luck

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://tinyurl.im/aH3VV
Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.
You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

Note - it is not correct to hyphenate the two surnames in the naming system used in Cuba.
In the Havana phone book there are 43 Galindos, but none listed with the second surname Pedroso. (and most do have their second surname listed).
Were any of the brothers married ? Do you have their wives' surnames ? It could be that some of those listed are nephews and nieces.
There are a lot more Pedrosos - almost three columns.

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.
Use a reverse phone lookup to:
Get the identity of an unknown caller.
Identify an area code.
Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.
Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.
