I know they have the right to do so but why. In class some girls dress almost naked. I just want to know why? If it were at the beach i'd understand. I'd also want to know why some even show off their g-strings/panties by putting on low cut pants, "whale tail"?

because its fun, sexy, and attracts attention. Why hide your body under a million shirts and baggy pants? If your a sexy woman and your proud of your body then i say dress however you want who cares what other people think?? we were born naked it should be a right to walk around naked if we wanted to do so lol God put us here without any clothing and I dont think we were even supposed to wear clothing really...

Consider yourself fortunate. In some cultures women are covered head to toe. That's got to suck. There's nothing at all wrong with showing some skin or cleavage. Unless the woman or girl is obese. Then all bets are off.

They like attention. That's pretty much all. I think people should dress how they want to be treated. If someone dresses skanky, then they deserve the negative attention that skanks get. I dress classy, therefore I get positive attention.

Because they love their bodies and think that its attractive to show them off. Some women do not know when its appropriate to wear certain clothes and when to cover up.

Because it looks sexy, and they like to look sexy. There's nothing wrong with it, so there is no reason not to do it.
