mine was a fiber glass fish pole, and a rubber hose cut into strips , meted out until I learned that if I stayed quiet , it some how was no longer enjoyable to the beater. Left a lot of bloody scars inside and out,

When I was young... spankings or time out in the corner (depending on how bad I was..)
Now grounding of no friends.
I'm not really bad just my brother annoys me so I get angry at him. It's getting better now that we're older though.

My parents spanked us.. with switchs... their hand.. the belt.. whatever need be to get our attention. My father as we got older was also known to throw shoes

The worst punishment my mom had was making us go and get the wooden spoon so she could then smack us with it! It was the longest walk ever!

my dad use to poke me with his finger right in the barrel of my chest . Hurt like sin . As I got older , I told him " I'd rather you beat my butt insted " so he did .
