O.K....I know it was stupid but last time I thought I was preg I bought a combo pack...I took one and wasn't preg. Months later when I was cleaning the bathroom I found the box with one of the preg tests in it I decided to pitch the box because I needed the room. I thought I had saved the directions but when I just took the test I can't find the directions anywhere. I don't need to know how to take the test but I do need to know the results. It was probably a generic test from KMart or Walmart...it has 2 spots where blue lines can appear. If there are two lines am I pregnant??? Thanks

O.K. maybe I need to go into more detail...the test has two windows...one immediately had a blue line...the second window got a line in like a minute...The second window appears too small to have a plus sign.

Two lines means pregnant. One line is the control line (to tell you that the test is still good) and the other is the pregnancy line. The control line is usually the one furthest away from where the specimen goes in (or the part you pee on). So, if you have two lines it's pregnant, just the control line means not pregnant, and no lines or just the pregnant line means get a new test that one isn't working.

If I remember right (I have used walmarts before) there is two windows and one is the control window and should have a line but if in the second window there is two lines then that is a positive as long as it is read within so many minutes because and Evaporation line can form if you wait past I think 10 minutes to read it.

Usually two lines mean you're pregnant. However, I did have a test that showed one line straight up and down in the little spot to show you did it right and then a plus or minus would show up in the big spot. Good luck!

I think two lines is yes. But don't quote me. You should check to see if in your area there is some kind of pregnancy help or crisis center. If you can't afford a test they can give you one. I know in my area there is a Christian based organization to help you if you think you are pregnant. They give you the test and help you make an informed decision on what to do and if you choose to put the baby up for adoption, they will help you to where you need to go, and if you want to keep it they offer help such as parenting classes, maternity clothes, and baby things.

In my experience, two lines is a postive. OR one window with a straight line and the second window is a plus sign is positive.

I can assure you that if it is a Wal-Mart test, two lines is a postive test. I don't know about K-Mart though.

Normally the "line" tests indicate that one line is a negative, and two lines mean positive.

I took a try as quickly as I found out i replaced into pregnant and the try line replaced into sooooo darkish that the administration line slightly confirmed. in case you're beneficial you're examining it good (its the administration container thats empty and not the othe way around) then i might try a digital and spot what happens.

It is too iffy - Each test is different. Toss it and get a new one.
